Tom Frost

Tom has been involved in high performance sport since graduating from Uni in 2012.

He has held previous roles as Head of Performance with the Melbourne Storm's U20 and U18 squads, Head of Sport Science at the PNG Olympic Committee and Lead S&C to a professional UFC fighter, amongst many others.

Linda Frost

Linda has worked in performance pathways for more than 7 years.Most notable of her roles was the support of the PNG national athletes, and their successful gold medal haul at the 2015 Pacific Games. 

Linda was the designated Remedial Therapist, Strength and Conditioning coach and Sport Trainer to the National Women's Netball, Men's Soccer, Men's and Women's Hockey, Men's Rugby 7's, Men and Women's Beach Volleyball and Athletics and Para-Athletics athletes.

Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy
ASCA Level 1
Certificate IV in Fitness
