There’s two drills part together are a great way to help an athlete with many different aspects of acceleration

- Force Production

- Body Position

- Shin Angles

- Avoiding excessive rotation


The two videos show Hudson’s first attempts at these two drills in his new program. Hopefully in a couple of weeks he will be absolutely nailing them
