Nail the pattern, then make it challenging!


Check out some of the ways we mix up our change of direction drills to turn them from a closed, pattern-based drill, into a slightly more chaotic agility exercise.


Once our youth athletes have enough repetition and practice of a certain drill, we then want to challenge them by adding in external elements, such as directional cues, vocal cues and physical objects.
