Combining jumps

Once an athlete has nailed a certain type of jump such as a broad jump, we can then layer in extra planes of movement to progress the exercise.


In the current program for the SEDA AFL class we have progress them from just a broad jump into now a broad jump into squat jump.


By combining two planes of motion, we are challenging them to produce, absorb and produce force in quick succession in different directions.
