Dribbles

Dribbles are a fantastic drilling option in a wide variety of situations to expose athletes to cyclical actions of the legs that are seen in high speed running.

They can be utilised in speed development, gait mechanics, return to play protocols and working around injuries, just to name a few.

Dribbling done well, is as close to sprinting exposure that you can get without actually sprinting.
