Safely Loading youth jumps!

We do plenty of jumping in our youth program, but how do we progress past bodyweight?


Obviously teaching kids to control their own body first is step one. Once they have done that, med balls are a great tool to add small amounts of load without putting kids into potential dangerous positions.
