With less than 2 weeks until worlds we want to highlight some of the work our national Ultimate Frisbee players have been doing in preparation. All with quite different needs currently.
First up is Michael Truong
As we get closer and closer Mikey’s program has shifted to more of a powerful & explosive program, aiming to move fast through various planes and with different loads.
Here is a small portion of his program he completed last Friday
