It's Time To Stop Doing Programs That Don't Get YOU Results! Like most of you who are endeavouring to become the best in your sport, I also had the personal desire to be the most explosive, and dominant athlete on the field. In fact, I was willing to do anything in my power to reach my goals and I am sure you are too! This was much easier said than done – my struggles were real! I was never the most genetically gifted I was never the fastest athlete I was a terrible runner I was never the biggest athlete I did however accept the challenge to become the best athlete I could be for my sport. That meant training the right way, eating the right way and preparing my mind to be as strong as possible. Over the years taking my game to its highest levels and giving me every chance to make it… Don’t be scared off from this, but 99% of all athletes that join our program, who think they are doing all the right things, like I did (Training, eating, mental prep), ARE NOT! I was very lucky to not fall into the “fitness industry trap” at a young age, which is to throw all types of Fads and gimmicks into your program and or my pet hate, bodybuilding routines that make you bigger, yes stronger, but not athletic! In my time, I was extremely lucky to have a performance coach who taught me how to become the best athlete I can be. A degree qualified professional coach who had real experience coaching athletes… I need to mention, my previous two coaches had injured me significantly at the young age of 15, destroying my confidence and almost my love for sport through over training… It has now been my passion to combine the very best in the industry, to work as a unit and to build a performance program that will help every athlete achieve success… Hoping that I can give athletes the education on what a “proper athletic training program” should be!
