Session Overview:
Movement Prep – how to properly warm up for any kind of session
Running Technique – learn the fundamentals so that they can apply it to their sport
Change of Direction – Technique first, then applied in practical, reactive scenarios
Landing Mechanics – We have to land every time we jump so let’s make sure we do it right

Are you a teen that plays sport? If the answer is yes then this camp is perfect for you!

Spend the holidays getting active and learning how to get faster, fitter, stronger, more agile and more resilient so that you can be better prepared for the demands of your sport.

Our expert coaches have molded this program to accommodate all kinds of sports, whether on an oval or a court, as well as tailored it to two key age groups.
Elite Pathway: 14 & over
​
For those in the later years of their development (aged 14+). Whether you’re thinking about taking the professional path, or want to be in the top team, being physically prepared is vital. This program will involve a full day of activity, learning & development that can be transferred into your sport.
Youth Pathway: Under 14
Targeted for those in towards the end of primary school or the start of high school who want to make sure they can get an extra step ahead of their competition as they all start to grow.
STRENGTH CLINIC
It's been a long year away from the gym but the wait is over!

Our 45min strength clinics will see you developing the strength and power you need to take your sports to the next level!

Session Overview:
Stability – Balance, core strength & coordination; all key components to many sports and running in general
Strength – Here you will learn the correct technique for key strength exercises so that you can get the most out of it and not get injured from them

Conditioning – circuit-based conditioning with a team orientated twist
