Program Goals: Having started with us when he was 10 years old, David has worked his way through many programs. Starting out focusing on the fundamental movement mechanics needed for sprinting, to progressing both his running and gym work appropriately as his ability improved. David is currently at the stage of using the foundations he has built to take advantage of the growth he is going through and transfer it into quality speed, strength & power that he can use in his sports.

 

Results: David has steadily improved over his 4 years with ACE. He is now at the point of being comfortable and confident with barbell work in the gym, as well as starting to use his strength to produce more power in both his running and jumping.
